You can go to https://sfmcinc.condocerts.com/resale/ to order your re-sale package. 

 

They will ask you to create an account and then you will be prompted on how to purchase the package. Once the package is ordered, an email will go out to our inspector who will conduct an inspection on the outside of the home.  If there are any violations as well as any ARC violations, these will be addressed in a letter attached to the resale package.  Five separate emails can be added to the order and once the package is processed, Condocerts will send out two emails to all emails on the order at once; one email will have the resale certificate attached and the second one will have the pertinent HOA documents.  If you have any issues with placing your order, please call Condocerts at 1-800-310-6552 and they will walk you through the process.

 

The standard package ($350.00) will be processed within ten business days and a rush order can be processed within five business days for an additional charge ($70.00).
